From dancing in talent shows at the age of five, this kid clearly had music embedded in his DNA. Originally from Baltimore, Brian “DJ B-Hen” Henry developed an innate appreciation for sound that was refined amongst many cultures during his father’s military service. Growing up in distinct places such as Germany and Hawaii, DJ B-Hen’s appreciation of various cultures has translated into the vibrancy and uniqueness of his music selection.

As a graduate of Morehouse College, DJ B-Hen studied economics while leading music production for various campus events. His attraction to the business side of music earned him internships at Sony BMG and Universal Music Group in their marketing and digital media divisions, respectively. After declining a full-time offer to work on Wall Street, he went on to lead west coast entertainment sponsorships and music marketing for Verizon.

Although successful, his appetite for expression was never fulfilled until his fingers connected with the 1s and 2s. DJ B-Hen left the shadows of corporate America to completely focus on his purpose; he now devotes all of his talent and energy to spreading his love for music at exclusive venues and private events from Los Angeles to New York. DJ B-Hen’s presentation of melodies & 808 drums create reverberations that transcend mere partying. His anomalous sound encourages you to let go of your fears and embrace the essence of who you truly are.
